Rezoning of five parcels at 5495 Park Boulevard from Mixed-Use (MXD-2) to Town Center (TC) to bring zoning into conformity with the City's Land Development Code, which removed the MXD-2 district in 2010 but left nine parcels with that obsolete designation. The Town Center (TC) district provides similar uses and regulatory standards as the former MXD-2 and is compatible with the existing Community Redevelopment District land-use designation.
